Original by Prince Kanemi. The location of Cake Ikaga is uncertain, but it one speculation is that it's the one in modern Hirakata City near Osaka. The original word order is a little funky -- "since it's spring" is parenthetically inserted as the middle line. "Splashing" is interpolation for clarity.kaji ni ataru
