Original by Ariwara no Motokata. It is possible to read tatsu as a pivot-word (meaning "rise" for the mists and "start" for spring), but not much meaning is gained by doing so. "Bring" is interpretation of the all-purpose suru = "do". All in all, a rather pedestrian poem.kasumi tatsu
